We work together to discuss your concerns and identify your goals, then we dive deep into a variety of unique healing practices ranging from shamanic healing techniques to embodiment work, subtle energy healing, guided visualizations, rewiring neural pathways through mindset work and so much more.

This is a co-creative space where we work together with our intuition and use the body as our guide on this sacred journey.

My job is to meet you where you are on your path and support you in identifying and further cultivating your own set of tools to eventually become your own greatest healer.

I use my own intuition and connection to the divine to meet you in clarity and to direct the course of our work (i.e., which tools will be helpful where). This is life-changing work. You can expect to come out on the other side having cleared out much of the old, stuck, and no longer serving patterns and obtain a deeper, more connected relationship to your body, mind, and spirit.

This healing container typically starts with a three-month initiatory period with the option to continue on if it is in alignment following the initial three months. All containers start with a consultation call to assess if it is the right fit, address the details of our work together, and to provide the client with a space to ask questions and state initial intentions.

Spiritual Reading

$175 per Hour

Spiritual healing sessions connect clients to a profound field of wisdom and support on their healing journey.

These sessions are for anyone looking to connect through and beyond the body to access information, wisdom and healing from a higher dimension.

Whatever you are moving through in your life right now, this one hour Spiritual Reading may serve as a transformative support. These sessions support clients in evolving their consciousness by providing clarity, direction and insight from a higher realm where profound healing is readily available.

Please note that a Spiritual Reading is not the same as a “psychic reading”. I will not aim to predict your future. I simply access the vibration of the highest realm possible and make myself available to whatever information is offered to me and relay that to the best of my abilities.

Ultimately, the person receiving the reading is responsible for checking the information through their own consciousness to determine what best resonates with them. I honor each person’s sovereignty and relationship with their own spirituality and always guide the person to take whatever fits for them and leave the rest.

Reiki + Energy Healing

$100 per Hour

Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall healing to the body.

This modality offers a deep nervous system reset through bodywork using reiki and energy healing.

Reiki roughly translates to “universal life energy” and involves channeling healing energy through the practitioner’s hands and into the client. This is a form of energy/spiritual healing. It is thought that the body absorbs the energy where it is most needed to promote overall healing. Clients typically report feeling very relaxed throughout the session and as though they’ve had an emotional and physical reset following the session.
